Our Services & Process

We’ll kick things off by chatting with your team to get the lowdown on what you need. We’ll dive into things like the kind of SharePoint setup you're after, the Power Automate workflows you want to set up, and any Power Apps projects you’ve got in mind.

Once we’ve got all the details, we’ll put together a custom proposal just for you.

Once you're on board with the proposal, we’ll move ahead with the contract. At this point, we’ll ask for an initial payment (one-third of the total project cost) to get things rolling.

We’ll put together a visual version of your solution, including diagrams for the Power Automate workflows and SharePoint/Power Apps design.

You’ll get a chance to check it out and share your thoughts. Once you give the thumbs up, we’ll move on to the next step. At this point, the second payment (one-third of the total cost) will be due.

We’ll begin building your solution based on the approved design, including creating the workflows and apps.

We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates so you can give feedback and suggest any tweaks, making sure everything matches what you’re envisioning.

Once everything’s built and ready to go, we’ll run some tests and provide training if needed.

The final payment (the last one-third) is due when the project is all wrapped up.

We’re all about getting the job done and setting you up for success, but just to be clear – our contract covers the specific work we’ve agreed on. We’re not tied to working side by side with you forever (though we’ll always be around if you need us!). If you decide you want to switch gears or work with someone else down the road, no worries at all!
